Gentle Vinyasa Flow Yoga Classes - Tuesdays @ 10 am (1 hr)
This class offers nurturing poses and will help you create kindness and compassion for your body. Gentle movements, meditation and guided pranayama (breathing) will be offered at this class. Slow and mindful moves will allow every student to move safely into each pose with sufficient time for using props, making adjustments or modifications. Gentle Vinyasa Flow class is suitable for all levels and no experience is necessary.

Chakra Yoga Classes - Thursdays @ 10 am (1 hr)
This class offers more dynamic poses and will help you balance your chakras. Safe and mindful moves will allow every student to move safely into each pose with sufficient time for using props, making adjustments or modifications. This class will offer you enough time to feel connection between the movement of your body and your breath. Class is suitable for all levels and no experience is necessary.
